Staying Connected at 1 Franklin in the New Year

We hope everyone is enjoying a safe, healthy, and positive start to the new year. January is a great time to reset, get organized, and ease back into routines, and San Francisco continues to offer plenty to enjoy—from peaceful winter walks along the waterfront and Golden Gate Park to museum visits, neighborhood dining, and cultural events happening throughout the city.

As we move forward into the year, your management team at Action Property Management wants to stay closely connected and ensure residents are informed and supported. We regularly send email communications to the community, which may include:

  • Building maintenance and repair updates
  • Emergency or time-sensitive projects
  • Vendor access and on-site work notifications
  • Reminders about homeowner maintenance responsibilities
  • Board meetings, elections, and community notices
  • General reminders and important association information

Because email is our primary method of communication, we strongly encourage all residents to make sure they are signed up and receiving email blasts.


A Quick New-Year Financial Housekeeping Reminder

The beginning of the year is also a great opportunity to do a little financial housekeeping. If your annual HOA assessment amount changed, please take a moment to confirm that your payments have been adjusted accordingly.

If you pay manually or have your bank set up to automatically send a fixed check or payment each month, that amount does not automatically update and may need to be changed. Assessment amounts are only adjusted automatically if you are enrolled in ACH through Action and the Association’s bank, where payments are pulled electronically in the correct amount.

We recommend:

  • Checking your bank statements
  • Reviewing your account ledger in the web portal
  • Confirming how your payments are currently set up

This is a very common issue—especially with so many bills set on auto-pay—and taking a few minutes now can help prevent late fees or interest later.
